Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only within 4 hours of being placed, provided the order status is listed as "Payment Accepted."

To cancel your order, please log into your account and navigate to "order history and details," then click the "cancel my order" button. Alternatively, you may send an email to Customer@bykidda.com with the cancellation request. You will also be required to fill out the Withdrawal Form, which can be downloaded from our website.

Product Orders

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we offer a return, exchange, or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item:

1. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including any seals or wraps. And in our case the round sealing stickers located on the sides of the box.
2. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
3. Please contact Customer@bykidda.com and submit your return request along with the Withdrawal Form, which can be downloaded from our website.

Damaged or Defective Products

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Customer@bykidda.com within 2 days of receiving the order. To process your claim, please provide a photo of the damage.

Do not discard or destroy the product before contacting us, as it may effect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

International Orders

Customers outside of the European Union are not entitled to a right of withdrawal. Please review the specific conditions for your location before purchasing.

Please note that By Kidda AB is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees incurred for shipments or returns originating outside of the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by us. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before initiating an international return to understand any applicable costs.

Right Of Withdrawal

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order. In such cases the following conditions apply:

• The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with all parts and documentation. 
• The return must be completed within the designated return period, and all returned products must be sent in a single package. 
• The original invoice and any relevant order numbers should be included with the return. 

If the conditions are met, we will process a refund for the full order amount, minus any damage restoration costs if applicable.

Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product(s) must be intact, with no missing parts or damage not attributable to delivery.
• Products must be unused and still have labels attached.
• If multiple products are being returned, please ensure they are sent in one package to avoid complications.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred from products returned without proper packaging or without using registered postage.

Samples

Please note that all sample products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the nature and intended use of samples, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any sample-sized items.
